1. Power of Attorney (click to see the example of it)
2. Activity certificate
3. Logo, lettering character, emblem, label or package example of mark that will be registered
4. Goods and services list of mark that will be registered
Trademark Regist Steps And Period
Trademark registration operations are completed in 15-18 months.
A-) Search and Investigation period:
Turkish Patent Institute search and investigation period for absolute grounds for refusal is approxiamately 8-9 months.
If there is no prevention about this application and if investigation is resulted positively, it is published in Official Trademark Bulletin.
B-)Publishing Period in Official Trademark Bulletin
Judicial publishing period in Official Mark Bulletin is three months. Other mark owners can get knowledge and similar mark owners can use the right of opposition ,if there is no oppositon in this period, registration step starts.
C-) Registration Step :
If there is no opposition in legal period which Turkish Patent Institute gives for missing documents and fees, these missing documents are completed and trademark registration certificate is taken in approximately 3-4 months.
